6. 【Formation of Sales Contract】

Placing an order on this Site constitutes an offer to contract.
After an order is completed, our system will automatically send an order completion email, which only serves to notify you that your order procedure has been completed.
The contract is formed when your offer is accepted, which occurs when we determine that none of the reasons for refusal or cancellation of a contract (as described below) apply and we ship the product.
Even after a contract is formed, if it is discovered that any of the reasons for refusal or cancellation of a contract (as described below) apply, the contract may be cancelled.
Furthermore, even if you complete the order procedure, the product you purchased may be out of stock due to the order in which payments are received.
In such cases, the purchase contract for that product shall be deemed cancelled, and we shall be relieved of our obligation to deliver the product.

8. 【About Refusal or Cancellation of Contract】

We may refuse to enter into a contract even after your order is completed or after we send an order completion email, or we may cancel a contract even after it has been formed by our shipping of the product, if any of the following circumstances apply to you:

1. If approval/settlement could not be obtained as a result of a credit card company's screening or similar process.
2. If false information is found in your personal information or other details.
3. If the ordered product is subject to a long-term uncertain delivery date or has been discontinued.
4. If an order exceeds the specified quantity for a limited-quantity product.
5. If a violation of these Terms, other terms of service, or laws is found.
6. If there is an error in the price, other product information, or sales conditions posted on this Site.
7. If any circumstances similar to the above items are found (including cases where you were subject to any of the above items in past transactions with us), or if we otherwise determine that we cannot fulfill your order.

9. 【About Cancellations】

Cancellations before product shipment are possible by contacting our Contact Us page. However, please note that custom-made products cannot be cancelled. Cancellations after product shipment are generally not accepted. For details, please refer to our Refund, Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy.

10. 【About Returns and Exchanges】

Returns and exchanges of products are generally not accepted, except in the case of initial defects.
In the unlikely event of a defective product or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 7 days of product arrival for an exchange with a non-defective product or a refund.
After this period, requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted, so please be aware of this.
Shipping costs for defective product exchanges and incorrect delivery exchanges will be borne by us.
※Upon product arrival, please be sure to check if there are any defects or malfunctions, or if the delivered product differs from your order.

Please note that, under the provisions of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry), sales of products on this site are not subject to the cooling-off system. However, if the product is shipped within the European Union (EU), the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days without providing a reason may apply, based on EU law (excluding custom-made products). Examples of cases where returns, exchanges, or refunds cannot be accepted:
　・If the product was not purchased from us (this Site, directly managed stores, or exhibition events).
　・If more than 8 days have passed since the product's arrival without special circumstances, and a request for exchange or similar action is made.
　・If 'packaging materials' such as product tags, hang tags, bags, boxes, instruction manuals, or the enclosed delivery note have been lost.
　・Products that have been damaged or soiled, or used, by you.
　・If you did not receive the product due to long-term absence, refusal to receive, or other reasons.

11. 【About Resale and Inappropriate Conduct】

Purchasing and reselling for commercial purposes are prohibited.
If you or a third party who has obtained products from you engages in acts that we deem to be for commercial purposes, fraudulent, or inappropriate (including, but not limited to, repeated orders by an individual or group for products with purchase limits, large orders or large cancellations not deemed for personal use, or repeated or continuous resale of products), or if you refuse to accept products, are absent for a long period, are unreachable, or engage in other suspicious or business-obstructing acts, we may, at our discretion, cancel or terminate sales contracts, refuse future purchases, or take other appropriate measures.
In such cases, we shall not be liable for any damages incurred by you or a third party, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

12. 【About Delivery】

For details regarding shipping fees, delivery methods, delivery status, specified delivery dates/times, changes to delivery addresses, customs duties/import taxes for international shipments, and product delivery times, please refer to the separately posted Shipping Policy.
■Standard Products
Except for periods around long holidays, busy shipping seasons, severe weather/natural disasters, or circumstances attributable to the shipping carrier, products will be shipped within 1 to 10 business days after payment confirmation.
　・For international shipments, delivery usually takes approximately 7 to 10 business days after shipment.
　・For domestic shipments within Japan, delivery usually takes approximately 2 to 3 business days after shipment.
※Delivery to Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands, etc., may take additional days.
※Please note that some products may require a delivery time of more than 10 days.
■Custom-Made Products
Varies depending on the ordered product. Delivery times may vary depending on the season, so please be sure to check the "Delivery Date" field on each product's detail page.
Additionally, delivery may take longer than the stated delivery date, so please proceed with your purchase only after fully understanding and agreeing to this.

13. 【Regarding Member Registration】

(1) Member Information Registration
Customers who wish to register member information must agree to these Terms and register their member information in accordance with the procedures separately specified by us.

(2) Notification of Changes
If there are any changes to your name, address, telephone number, or any other information registered with us, you must promptly notify us of such changes through the method designated by us.

(3) Prohibition of Assignment, etc.
Rights acquired through member information registration cannot be assigned, sold, or transferred in name to a third party, lent, used by, or offered as collateral, or any other similar act.

(4) If you wish to cancel your member information registration, you must notify us using the prescribed method.
Furthermore, registered member information is exclusive to the individual, and we will treat it as if a notification of cancellation was made at the time we become aware of the customer's passing.

(5) Cancellation of Rights by Member Information Registration
If a customer registered with member information falls under any of the following, we may immediately cancel the customer's rights without prior notice.
Furthermore, even if the customer becomes unable to use the service and damages are incurred by the customer or a third party due to the aforementioned measures taken by us, we shall not bear any responsibility, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

• If there was false information in the declaration or notification to us.
• If the credit card registered by the customer as a payment method is no longer approved for use due to termination of the usage agreement by the credit card company or other reasons.
• If there was a delay in payment or non-performance of payment obligations such as fees.
• If contact with the customer who registered member information becomes impossible by phone, FAX, email, or any other means.
• In case of any other violation of these Terms.
• In any other case where we deem it inappropriate.

Furthermore, please understand that we cannot provide reasons for actions we deem inappropriate.

(6) Responsibility for Member ID and Password Management
Recognizing that your Member ID and password are important, you shall bear full responsibility for their management. Furthermore, you shall not assign, sell, or transfer your Member ID and password to a third party, lend them, allow them to be used by others, or offer them as collateral, or any other similar act.

(7) Prohibited Acts
Customers who register member information shall not engage in the following acts:

• Applying with false registration information when using the service.
• Intentionally applying for multiple accounts to gain an advantage in purchasing.
• Acts that interfere with the operation of this service or may otherwise hinder this service.
• Using this service by fraudulently using a credit card.
• Fraudulently using a Member ID and password.
• Impersonating others to use this service.
• Acts that cause nuisance, disadvantage, or damage to other customers, third parties, or us, or acts that may cause such nuisance, disadvantage, or damage.
• Acts that infringe upon the copyrights, privacy, or other rights of other customers, third parties, or us, or acts that may cause such infringement.
• Acts contrary to public order and morals, or other acts that violate laws and regulations, or acts that may cause such violations.

14. 【About Protection of Personal Information】

You agree to the Privacy Policy (Personal Information Protection Policy) separately posted and shall use this Site.

15. 【About Authentication】
